Tatiana's journey into Pilates began in 2019 when she started grappling with persistent back pain. Seeking natural relief, she turned to Pilates and discovered its emphasis on core strength and spinal health, which brought her considerable comfort.
Seeing how Pilates transformed her own back pain, Tatiana felt inspired to dive deeper into the practice, eventually becoming a certified Pilates Mat instructor.
Blending her expertise in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Pilates principles, Tatiana now imparts its benefits to others through classes. Her teaching style blends fluid movements with precise techniques, offering students the opportunity to connect with their bodies and foster mindfulness.
Beyond the studio, Tatiana finds solace in libraries and bookshops, often unwinding with a good book before bed. She lives by Joseph Pilates' belief that "Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness," reminding herself daily of the importance of self-care in our busy lives.
