Do you have stiff shoulders, tensed neck or tight lower back? Are you sitting in front of the computer all day for work? If all of your answer is YES, then you’re considered as a really stiff office worker! If you wish to get rid of all these pains, then you definitely have to give Aerial Yoga a go!
Aerial Yoga uses aerial silk hammock to support your weight, ease pressure and pain, create space in your joints to decrease compression in your spine and enhance mobility. Additionally, it helps to release tension from your muscles. When suspended in mid-air, the gravity pulls and strengthens your bone, which is great for preventing osteoporosis. When inverting in the hammock, you will be free from putting pressure on your head and spine, which can soothe your back and neck pain and injury.
By using an Aerial Hammock, pain areas and all weight-bearing joints are targeted gently and passively. Joints are decompressed by the same weight that compresses them while upright during the traction. Inverted decompression stretches and enhances spinal health. Also, Aerial Yoga helps to ease back pain by rehydrating the discs, reducing nerve pressure, relaxing tense muscles and realigning the spine. By realigning the spine, you can be free from the ache in your shoulders, which are caused by sitting in front of a computer all day or carrying heavy bags on one shoulder.

Hi, I was trying to book an Aerial Yoga session to try out, however, I can’t seem to locate the class on your schedule. Is it named something else?
Also, how do you charge for trial lessons?
