Workshop details
- The series begins with standing poses, forward bends, then twists and hip openers with a vinyasa between each asana.
- On a mental level, your focus, willpower, mind-body awareness, and confidence will be improved as we overcome the mental obstacles through regular practice.
- Examples: Marichasana Variation, Bhujapeedasana, Upavistakonasana, Garbha Pindasana, Urdhwa Padmasana
Things to be aware of
- Those who have severe back and knee issues shouldn’t attend
- Safe distancing measures and guidelines as implemented by the Singapore Government and Jal Yoga
